Started construction of Southseas Oils & Fats Industrial (Chiwan) Limited., the first oils & fats plant invested in China.

Wilmar group was founded in 1991.

Wilmar  succeeded in listing in Singapore.

Innovative technology of Arawana rice industrial chain won the First Prize in Science and Technology Awards by Chinese Cereals and Oils Association, which led the new trend of development of agricultural industry.

Wilmar International continued to top the  "Most Admired Companies" rankings in the global food production industry by Fortune.

Arawana Charity Foundation was founded.

Arawana rice bran oil won the Quality Award of International Conference on Rice Bran Oil.

The Arawana Building was completed in Pudong, Shanghai. The Arawana brand was listed as the official sponsor of grain and oil products for  Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the Chinese Olympic Committee, the Chinese Sports Delegation for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, the Chinese Sports Delegation for  Beijing  2022 Winter Olympics and the Chinese Sports Delegation for Paris 2024 Olympics.

Yihai Kerry Arawana was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Board in 2020 to share the group's achievements with more investors and cunsumers.

With the four new management model of "World Quality, Healthy China", Yihai Kerry Arawana was nominated for the China Quality Award and was the only grain and oil company on the shortlist for this year's China Quality Award.
